Choir Schedule Week of Dec 17-21st

THANK YOU FOR BEING FABULOUS SINGERS!  Here is our schedule until break:

4th & 5th Grade-  No Rehearsal this week.  REHEARSALS RESUME JAN 8th!

6th, 7th & 8th Grade- No Recess Rehearsals this week.  Will resume in January.

Advanced Choir- Tues Dec 18th- Recess Rehearsal is ON!
                             Wed Dec 19th- Union Beach Trip
                             Friday Dec 21st- No Rehearsal, we will resume FRIDAY JAN 4th!!!

Improv- No class Wed Dec 19th, we will resume JAN 2nd!

Beauty & the Beast Rehearsals begin after school January 2nd.

Here is all you need to know for our concerts this winter!

Dec 13th- Choir Student Call time 6:30PM

REPORTING ROOMS REMAIN THE SAME!

Concert Attire:

Black on bottom (slacks, skirts)

White on top (dress shirt)

Gentlemen please wear a tie

Black or dark colored shoes

Post- Hurricane Update

I am so happy to be back at school, and so glad to hear that our Cranbury Community is beginning to recover from power outages and the mess of trees!

I am ecstatic to report that we will be resuming ALL choir rehearsals as usual!!!!  We are inching up on that concert date and we want to be sure we are ready to go :-)

As a quick reminder for our before school groups, here are our meeting times:

4th & 5th Grade Choir- Tuesday mornings 7:30AM
Oh! Pierre Improv Ensemble-  Wednesday mornings 7:30AM
Advanced Choir- Friday mornings 7:30AM

Recess Rehearsals are as follows:

6th Grade Choir- Monday
Advanced Choir- Tuesday
Concert Choir (7/8)- Thursday

Ms. D runs from Zombies!

A few of our students have found out that I am running in a "Zombie Mud Run" on Nov. 3rd at the  Field of Terror in East Windsor.  Some students have been asking what this is, so I decided to share the following link with all of you!

If you would like to come cheer me on (or just watch me scream like the little girl I am).  My sister-in-law and I will be running at 10AM!

October Update!

Wow!  What a start to the year!

Our choirs are already sounding fantastic as we work towards our Winter Concert, Improv is up and running and we are inching closer to the Parent Play Meeting.

I have been missing some voices in my choirs, so please look at my past post to remind you of the rehearsal times.  We just don't sound the same without you!

PLAY PARENT MEETING
Our meeting will take place October 29th in the Cafeteria at 7PM.  The location is different from your school calendar, all parents of students in grades 6-8 interested in participating in the play or stage crew should attend!

As always our parent volunteers are a huge help!  Please consider volunteering your talents, organizational skills, or plain old eagerness to help to our production!

Hello My Fabulous Musicians!


This is just a reminder that ALL rehearsals are in full swing, including "Oh! Pierre, Improv Ensemble." What a year we will have!  I hope to update more soon with info, fun videos and of course, comments from my wonderful students!
